  • Writing and creating bespoke documentation, from Contracts and Handbooks to standard forms and letters, effectively providing a totally tailored service specific to each client's needs.
  • Giving legally compliant advice and solutions on non contentious matters such as recruitment, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, redundancies, exit packages, service agreements, Public Interest Disclosure, TUPE transfers, corporate support as well as general advice on employee benefits analysis and guidance.
  • Undertaking contentious work by successfully defending a business in an Employment Tribunal.
  • Creating and delivering a full range of training sessions for Directors and Managers on how to conduct disciplinaries, deal with grievances, follow correct redundancy procedure as well as effective recruitment and safe dismissals.
